    Perekonomian di Indonesia berkembang sangat pesat. Perkembangan ini terbukti dengan tumbuhnya banyak lembaga yang mendukung perekonomian namun perkembangan ini juga di ikuti dengan krisis seperti krisis di asia, krisis global. Para ulama dan ilmuwan muslim dalam beberapa waktu telah menenemukan sistem ekonomi syariah yang bertujuan memperoleh kabahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Sistem ekonomi syariah ini menggunakan sumber utama dari alqur’an dan hadis seperti yang mereka yakini. Perkembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia pertama bank muamalat kemudian diikuti bank syariah lainnya, pegadaian, asuransi syariah, bahkan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah juga tumbuh. Lembaga mikro tersebut sering kita sebut Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT). Di Sukoharjo sendiri perkembangan BMT sangat baik hingga tahun 2008 telah tercatat sebanyak 31 BMT dari 7 BMT di tahun 1999 (Dinas Perindag dan PM Kab Sukoharjo) BMT Arafah Sukoharjo merupakan sebuah perusahaan jasa keuangan yang sedang berkembang. Keadaan ini tentu saja memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan.. Dalam keadaan ini, BMT memerlukan langkahlangkah untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dikarenakan pentingnya kualitas untuk suatu perusahaan khususnya BMT untuk dapat bertahan. Dengan ini maka penulis mengambil judul “analisis kualitas pelayanan di Baitul maal Wa tamwil (BMT) dengan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) (Studi kasus di BMT Arafah)”

Amiruddin, M.Kes (2) Maimun Nusufi, S.Pd.,M.PdKata Kunci: minat, wasit, sepakbola.Minat mahasiswa sangat mempengaruhi dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas olahraga, sehingga menimbulkan rasa tertarik dan senang untuk melakukan aktivitas olahraga terutama aktivitas perwasitan sepakbola. Penelitian ini berupaya mengungkapkan besar minat dan tujuan mahasiswa menjadi profesi wasit cabang olahraga sepakbola.Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian. Populasi adalah mahasiswa Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah berjumlah 243 mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakan 10% dari populasi jadi sampel berjumlah 24 mahasiswa, sampel di ambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrument kuesioner atau angket yang berisi aspek-aspek yang berada dalam minat mahasiswa prodi Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah menjadi profesi wasit sepakbola.Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari 24 orang responden yaitu ketertarikan mahasiswa penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah menjadi profesi wasit sepakbola mendapatkan hasil 64%, perhatian mahasiswa penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah menjadi profesi wasit sepakbola mendapatkan hasil 69%, aktualisasi mahasiswa penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah menjadi profesi wasit sepakbola mendapatkan hasil 46%, aktivitas mahasiswa penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah menjadi profesi wasit sepakbola mendapatkan hasil 40%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat mahasiswa Program Studi Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah menjadi profesi wasit cabang olahraga sepakbola kategori sedang dengan persentase 54,75%

    Internet merupakan jaringan global antar komputer untuk berkomunikasi dari satu lokasi ke lokasi lainnya di belahan dunia seperti sekolah, universitas, institusi riset, museum, bank, perusahaan bisnis, perorangan, stasiun TV ataupun radio. Internet berfungsi sebagai aspek komunikasi, penyedia informasi, dan fasilitas untuk promosi. Internet, kata yang tidak asing di telinga setiap orang, terutama para remaja yang senantiasa bergaul melalui situs jejaring sosial. Selain itu, penggunaan internet sebagai media pembelajaran dilatar belakangi oleh Masalah keterbatasan sumber informasi konvensional tidak dapat memenuhi harapan siswa untuk mendapatkan informasi yang layak dan berguna sebagai bahan referensi pembelajaran di kelas. Adanya Internet merupakan salah satu solusi pamungkas untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Internet menghilangkan batas ruang dan waktu sehingga memungkinan seorang siswa berkomunikasi dengan pakar di tempat lain. Internet dalam fungsinya sebagai penyedia informasi sangat membantu siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. E-learning merupakan singkatan dari Elektronic Learning, merupakan cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar yang menggunakan media elektronik khususnya internet sebagai sistem pembelajarannya. E-learning merupakan dasar dan konsekuensi logis dari perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi..     PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN GAYA MENGAJAR RESIPROKAL TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN PERMAINAN SEPAKBOLA

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan guru mengenai gaya mengajar pendidikan jasmani. Peneliti mengamati bahwa siswa kurang percaya diri saat pembelajaran sepakbola. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan gaya mengajar resiprokal dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri. Metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain one group pretets dan posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ialah siswa sekolah SMA Negeri 4 Cimahi. Teknik pengembilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel dipilih dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai Thituung 2,737 > Ttabel 1,68. Maka dari itu H0 ditolak. Maka Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan adanya meningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa ketika gaya mengajar resiprokal digunakan pada pembelajaran sepakbola. Kata-kata Kunci : Gaya Mengajar Resiprokal, Kepercayaan diri The observation result shows this observation is based on the lack of observer’s knowledge about physical education teaching style, observer also found out that the students have lack of confidence during football lesson. Therefore, the problem that needs to be solved is to find out whether reciprocal teaching method can used to gain students’ self-confidence, based on the problem background, observer is interested in trying out the influence of reciprocal teaching method to students’ self-confidence; observer used experimental method by using one group pretest posttest design. The sample of this observation is 41 students of SMAN 4 Cimahi. Observer used purposive sampling technique for this observation. The samples are chosen by considering some of characteristics. The result shows Thitung = 2,737 > Ttabel = 1,68. So 27,737 > 1,68 therefore zero hypothesis (H0) is denied. Alternate hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Based on the result, observer can see the improvements of students’ self-confidence when using the reciprocal teaching method during football lesson. In addition, the tradition that exists in the village Batuhampar community is that they do not directly pay alms on their rice yields. They will pay alms after only a few days or even more. They also do not pay alms with rice but have been replaced by money, no one is concerned if full charity directly with rice. Furthermore, in calculating the nisab and payment of rice alms, the community does not incur agricultural operational costs. They argue that the calculation of calculation and alms payment is not a valid expense incurred costs and debts earlier. This research is a field research that is research with interview techniques to the parties directly related to the problems that the author discussed. The type of this research is qualitative research. Based on the research that has been done then the authors can get conclusions from the tradition of zalcat distribution of rice harvest conducted by Batuhampar village society is legal according to Islamic law. The reason is that the various traditions that have developed in the village Batuhampar community in distributing alms of rice crops are a tradition that is equally absent and not prohibited by Islam.     The development of this augmented reality application is based on the visualization of the geographical Atmosphere learning subject and the conditions of the teaching materials applied to students there are still weaknesses in understanding the teaching materials because the knownledge obtained is still in printed books so that it creates a sense of boredom in students. The purpose of this research is to develop the level of interest and insight of students in the Atmosphere, especially on improving the memory of students through a game in the form of a quiz. The data method applied is thtough observation and interview techniques. The preparation of this application design uses the Markerless-Based Tracking method which is a method that does not require markers to display virtual objects. However, in this study the researchers limited it to the trial stage only. As for the use of Unified Modeling Language to describe how the augmented reality application works.     During 2000-2018 various disease outbreaks (extraordinary occurrences) continued to occur in Indonesia. Its endemic disease outbreak has fluctuated with other endemic, both infectious and non-communicable diseases. This epidemic's vulnerability gives concern for the government to try to deal with various outbreaks that hit Indonesian citizens. This paper aims to review and analyze frequent outbreaks and the extent of the Indonesian government's in tackling disease outbreaks – including policies and its health resources. By analyzing the successes and failures of policies that have occurred, our findings conclude that adequate governance is needed in dealing with disease outbreaks –including Diarrhea, DFH, and Measles. Therefore, the government's key concern is the need for new policies alternative in dealing with disease outbreaks (in cases; Diarrhea, DFH, and Measles), health budget ability, equitable development of health facilities, and equal medical distribution personnel

    The aims of this research were : (1) Knowing the significant differences between the spatial abilities of students taught by cooperative mind mapping learning with students taught by learning cooperative scripts, (2) Knowing the significant differences between the mathematical dispositions of students taught using cooperative mind mapping models and students. which is taught by learning cooperative Script, (3) Determining whether there is an interaction between cooperative mind mapping learning and cooperative script learning with students' spatial abilities and mathematical disposition abilities. This research is a quasi-experimental research. The population in this study consisted of all students of class XII MAN KHA Dahlan Sipirok, totaling 120 students, by taking samples of two classes totaling 34 students. Data analysis was performed using two-way ANOVA. The results of this study indicate that (1) the spatial ability of students taught by cooperative mind mapping learning is higher than students taught by cooperative script learning, (2) the mathematical disposition of students taught by cooperative mind mapping learning is higher than students taught by cooperative learning.
